Privacy × AI is independently published by Gvantsa Gabaidze, who acts as the data controller. For any privacy-related question or request, contact gvancagabaidze@gmail.com.
Privacy × AI does not itself collect or retain personal data about its readers. The website is hosted by OVHcloud, on servers in the European Union. OVHcloud processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keeps standard server access logs, which include IP addresses, for a limited period, for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify, track or profile readers, and we do not access it for any other purpose.
The optional weekly reminder creates an event in your own calendar. Privacy × AI does not receive your email address, calendar information or any other personal data when you add it.
If you add the reminder through Google Calendar, this takes place within your Google account and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply. If you download the reminder file, it is added directly to the calendar application on your device.
If you contact me by email, I will process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message, solely to respond to you and manage the correspondence.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest in communicating with readers or, where applicable, the need to comply with a legal obligation.
Email correspondence is handled using Google's Gmail service and may therefore be processed outside Georgia in accordance with Google's applicable privacy and data protection arrangements.
Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the relevant request, normally for no longer than one year after the last correspondence. They may be retained for longer where required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Privacy × AI does not use personal data for analytics, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request information about whether your personal data is processed, access to and a copy of that data, correction, deletion, destruction, blocking or cessation of processing, and exercise any other right available under applicable data protection law. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact gvancagabaidze@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Audit Office of Georgia or apply to a court in accordance with applicable law.
If Privacy × AI later introduces email subscriptions or begins to process personal data in another way, this notice will be updated accordingly. The date at the top shows the latest version.
